Job Description

  • Handling all the Export & Import documentation & Shipment. 

Reports for export and import monthly.

  • Co- ordinate with the logistics for the Shipment Purpose.
  • Co- ordinate with bank for various transactions related to Export Other documentation work provided by the managers.
  • Co- ordinate with CHA for best quotation for booking the container
  • Sending the full set of documents for passing in custom 

Submission final dispatch advice to warehouse team 

Taking rates from Freight forwarder for All shipment and negotiate the rates

  • Forwarding documents to Post team for booking final invoice & preparing full set of documents against the shipment 

Inspecting documents received from CHA like shipping bill, Airway Bill, Bill of lading, other documents, etc. 

Preparing Post Shipment (DA & LC documents) Documents 

Checking LC draft received from buyer Co- ordinate with Marketing for final LC confirmation

  • As per LC terms preparing final documents
