We are looking for Office Assistant that can provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
Roles & Respnsibilities:
1.Handling incoming calls and other communications.
2.Managing filing system.
3.Recording information as needed.
4.Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
5.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
6.Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
7.Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
8.Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
9.Coordinating events as necessary.
10.Maintaining supply inventory.
11.Maintaining office equipment as needed.
12.Aiding with client reception as needed.
13.Experience as a virtual assistant.
14.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Skills required:
1.Proficient in using MS-Excel, Email writing and decent IQ.
Experience Required: 0-2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
