Need to WORK FROM OFFICE -NOIDA 63
Handling end to end recruitment process & would be accountable for acquiring profiles, conducting interviews and screening and ensuring the candidate joins on scheduled time.
Sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc in time frame
Would be working on MID to SENIOR levels for various manufacturing & engineering clients.
MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Working Hours 9.30 to 6.30 PM
Alternate Saturday Off i.e., 2 & 4 Saturday
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
Handling end to end recruitment process for manufacturing & engineering clients (NON-IT Industries)
Responsible for complete hiring cycle,i.e, (sourcing, per-screening, head hunting, conducting telephonic/personal interviews, negotiating)
Would be sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc.
Must be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referral.
Must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals, headhunting, mapping.
Work Experience And Skills:
Must have 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting in engineering, manufacturing industries.

Competencies:
