Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibility shall be to build a highly differentiated service delivery and shall include the following:
1) Driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring time, cost, quality and experience of vehicle servicing
2) Setting up systems & processes for the entire function across service, CRM and spare parts management
3) Dealer development, handholding and performance management of the pan India service network
4) Building a competent aftersales team
The role would require strong expertise of the after sales function and the candidate should have had a high growth career trajectory as part of a leading three/ four wheeler OEM. Experience of working in EV domain would be highly preferred.

Qualification:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
M.E./ M. Tech preferred
Experience
10-15 years of total relevant experience in automobile industry service domain
Atleast 5 years of experience of working with a leading 3W/ 4W OEM is a must
Electrical vehicle service experience is preferred
