Educational Qualification: MBA, M.Tech, PGDBM, MS, or MCA

Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience as a Software Developer
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Project/Program Management in a Consultancy Firm
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in handling Government Projects

Certifications Required:

• Certification in Risk Management
• Certification in Application/Cyber

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
2. Utilize a deep understanding of software development and business analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
3. Lead and participate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
4. Manage and analyze large datasets, extracting valuable insights to drive decision-making.
5. Provide expertise in risk management, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
6. Oversee and contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-level applications and cyber solutions.
7. Conduct thorough analyses of government projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
8. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
