Our client is a SaaS-based Accounting-ERP solution targeted towards MSMEs across all business segments and across regions and territories in India & overseas with an aim to make them as inclusive to digitalization as possible. Having a rating of 4.6 on glass door, we are now looking out for

INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – upto 8 LPA Max earning ( 4-6 LPA base + 1-2 LPA Incentive)

. The ideal candidate will

· Stay updated with product knowledge, at all times

· Managing the life cycle of warm leads to sales

· Mustn’t miss-oversell

· Achieving higher sale conversion ratios

· demo / leads

· subscription / demo

· Customer Experience focused

High level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships.

SKILLS

· Theoretical & practical knowledge of Call Centre Sales Warm calling

· Strong communication skills

· Languages: English & Hindi; spoken knowledge of a Regional Language would be an advantage

· Knack of understanding the pain areas & wish list of the Target Customer

· Ability to articulate value proposition from the Product

· A quick learner with passion to outperform

· Ability to negotiate & close deals

Strong ethical values & practices

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Can speak & understand Languages.

Graduate, preferably with Commerce / Economics as majors

Working knowledge of Accounting / financial management would be an added advantage

2-4 yrs. of experience with proven track record in ‘Call Centre Sales’s

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
