One of our MNC client is looking for Customer Service Associate / Sr Customer Service Associates.

Experience: 0-5 yers (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram
Work timing: Open to work in shifts
Skills required:
- 0- 5 years of experience with excellent command over English (Comprehension and conversation)
- Graduate/Under graduate in any discipline & willing to work in rotational night shifts
- Prior experience in International BPO voice process will be an added Advantage
- Excellent communication skills and capability to deal with international parties
