- Ensure compliance to Exports such as LC transaction, Commercial export, FOC export, etc. Accurate management of all the export documents, Packing List, Customs Invoice, Export Declaration, the Proof of Export, CMR, Certificates of Origin
- Coordination with the Logistics, Operations and Commercial teams for exports
- Organizes shipments of customer orders; Liaise with Freight Forwarders for Pre Alerts & Post shipment documents
- Communicates with Factory Planning and Customer Service departments on the scheduled pick-up date of the order;
- Maintains records of export documentation (Proof of Export);
- Applies pre-screening process on upcoming deliveries;
- Communicates delivery information to buyers/schedulers and supports buyers/planners providing shipping conditions, delivery schedules, shipment tracking updates;
- Coordinates with Customers and C2C team for payments ;
- Weekly, Quarterly, Monthly reports to management for Order Booking, revenue, dispatches , revenue forecast etc.
8-12 years’ work experience in similar environment
- Fluent in English
- SAPknowledge and experience is a major advantage
- Power user in Excel
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize when sense of urgency
- Responsiveness and accountability
- Strong team player
