In addition, each member in the team gets the opportunity to move levels every 8-12 weeks, with a significant raise + commission package that can take you to a whopping $22K salary in just six months.

WHO WE NEED

For our BDR role, we’re looking for a specific type of person, someone who can be aggressive but friendly, and someone who never gives up. There’s a lot that goes into this, but if we need to make a list of what the ideal experience would look like, this is what we’d say:

• Incredibly Driven – You’ve handled a role in the past, where your drive is critical. You’re the person who makes things happen, and the person people call on.
• Organized – You’ve always been the organized type, to ensure that follow ups actually happen.
• Determined – You’re never afraid to pick up the phone or to take the next step. You’ve never taken “no” for an answer in your life, and are confident in turning yes’s into no’s.
• Detail Oriented – You take notes on every conversation that you have, as you’re confident that notes will help you in the future. You understand that every lead is a potential opportunity and you’re ready to take action on them
• System Focused – You’ve been required to use a CRM & VOIP in the past, and you’re confident in your abilities on the computer.
• Ready To Dial – You’re ready to jump right into HRC, and dial 150-200 companies a day to delight them with our service.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 2 years of experience making a high amount of B2B Dials.
• Focused on hitting set targets, and self motivated to get there.
• Able to build relationships quickly, by building rapport with your prospects
• Open to feedback and coaching, with a history of implementing these suggestions
• Track record of crushing targets.

THE JOB:

We’re hiring for BDR’s. Typically a BDR role is a couple of parts, e-mail, phone, and some social outreach. Our position is quite similar, but we do have quite a focus on outbound calling.

Specifically here’s what you’d be doing:

• Connecting – You’ll be apart of a huge team of sales representatives, all focused on the same goal. You’ll meet with the sales team daily, play games with them, have fun, and most importantly focus on the tasks at hand.
• Dialling – You’ll dial 150-200 businesses on a daily basis, engaging in 20-50 conversations per day, and finding opportunities.
• Booking Meetings – You’ll discover opportunities for our Account Executive, and schedule a meeting for them to close the deal!
• Celebrating – Your deals will turn into sales, and you’ll be celebrating with your AE
• Having Fun! – You’ll enjoy your work, and your passion will come from the results!

• $7.5 CAN/Hour + $10 bonus for every appointment show to start
• 5 Day Work Week (Monday-Friday)
