Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and procurement of raw materials i.e Casting (Cast Iron, Aluminum Casting, HPDC Etc.), Forging, Machining component, Bearing, etc.
- Regular Follow up with vendors.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP) through ERP AX-12.
- Development of new vendors.
- Rating of Supplier as per Quality and Delivery.
- Supplier Schedule Vs Supply analysis.
- Customer schedule Vs plan analysis.
- Inventory analysis in concerned of purchase against the scheduling.
- Maintain Customer OTD.
- Supplier audit periodically.
- Making Purchase Orders.
- Maintain Inventory stock of critical or Fast moving Items.
- Follow up with transporter related to material requirement.
- Coordinate with account department to release the supplier payments timely.
Requirements
Graduate/Post graduate with 10-12 yrs of experience in Purchase (Bearings/Steel Plates/casting/forging/ Auto components etc.), Vendor Development
