Role profile :
DSR updating and circulating to all concern dept. for all FCL/LCL/ Air Shipments. Timely availability of all LCL/FCL/Air shipment and ensuring timely clearance. Approval of Checklist and Filling BOE without incurring penalty. Manage RFQ for Freight (Air/Europe), prepare Comparative Sheet and get it approved as per authority Matrix. Send approved original bills to A/C Deptt. for all location and ensure timely release of payments of Service Provider Arrange Custom duty payment on time without any Interest. Reply to all query and providing supporting documents for clearance of Goods. Keep all documents pertain to import of goods. Ensure delivery of Goods within the agreed FREE TIME PERIOD.
