HuntingCube Hiring for Process Collection at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

• Individually driving Collections activity & achieving the Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets while maintaining excellent Customer service.
• Close interaction & coordination with the Collections, Skip and Repossession agencies.
• Setting Milestones Targets at field executive level and driving the same on a daily basis.
• Close coordination with the Law Firms for timely & smooth execution of orders.

Maintain all record/documentation as per the audit

requirement

• Working on improving the collection Strategies & methods to improve customer interactions.
• Conducting Field visits & representing the Company with customers, external vendors and Forums.
• Keeping a track of Time Bound Notices viz. Section 138, Section 9/17 , etc. to ensure they do not lapse.
• Execution of section 9/17 ,Decree orders

• Proper MIS to be maintained and keep management updated
• Ensure that the dealing with the Customer including handling of customer compliant is in line with the Fair Practice Code, KYC, AML and Anti-Fraud Management Guidelines of the Company
• Ensure that all data of customers are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Company

Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts

• Sharing delinquency trend and key learnings to with Risk/Sales & Credit acceptance.
• Seeking sales/Delaer Support in resolving early warning indiacators.
• Adherence and knowledge about compliance on situational basis.
• Ensure adherence of regulatory guidelines from Collections stand point
