You are a Project Manager with good idea of ADAS technologies along with Agile Project Management methods/ practices. At EB CMS Competence Center, you will manage the project development, mentoring the team along with Architects within a small cross-functional agile team of developers.
Responsibilities:
PM should be able to create & manage project plans
PM should be able to define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
PM should own the delivery in compliance to organizational quality standards.
Needs to be expert in estimation and planning.
Need to be the interface to the customer
PM should build CoE and plan the competency build up activities
Support in preparing the RFP responses
Support in identifying and managing risks
Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
Ability to shield his/her team from outside distractions and interferences
Able to work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
Your Profile:
B.E/ME in Computer science or Electronics, 10-12 years of experience with strong Automotive domain knowledge
Project management Certifications like PMP, SAFe, SCRUM is a plus
Hands on experience as a Project manager or similar roles in at least one project having complete software development cycle
Good understanding of ADAS systems and sub-systems.
Ability to deeply understand technical concepts and cause-effect-relations
Have experience in execution of project compliant to ASPICE, Functional Safety is a plus.
Should be able to estimate and plan activities for Team.
Able to Support the RFP activities
Result orientation and strong focus on deliverables
Excellent Leadership abilities
Ability to predict risk and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
