Business Development Job Responsibilities:

Support:

1. Support & provide customer service via chats.

2. Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

3. Taking care of after-sales services.

4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

5. Handle chats professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per year
