Summary
To maintain fire alarm panel in good operating condition. To ensure cleanliness of fire fighting system. To maintain smoke detectors and heat detectors in good working conditions. To carry out preventive maintenance for fire alarm panel, smoke detectors and heat detectors. To carry out repair and maintenance of fire extinguishers in order to keep them in good working condition. To check and repair fire exit signage. To check fire exits as per schedule. To maintain a log of periodic checking of fire fighting system and conduct an audits every month. To check fire hydrants, canvass tube, nozzles, valves, rubber tubes on monthly basis and they are in good operating conditions
