Responsibilities:

• Contact new customers to offer them new products or services.

• Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately (telephone and by email)

• Generate appointment list on a daily basis.

• Respond to customer concerns and requests that have been received through the calls.

• Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is considered an asset

• Exceptional customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
