Your Role and Responsibilities
These positions is for to support BM Accounts Payable activity of North Americas, Canada, LA and Singapore regions , Knowledge of Accounts Payable

Strong accounting concepts, Candidate will involve in identifying the duplicate records for the Vendor Master Maintenance Invoice receipt, verification and processing accurately and timely. Has to perform Invoice matching and also Identify and resolve exceptions. Prioritize urgent invoice and aged invoice processing. Will be a part of Compliance to SOX – e.g. documents to be posted after due Approval. Candidate will have to handle manual and automatic payment requests. Verify &run payment proposal. Processing T&E claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution and recovery. Involve Vendor statement reconciliation. Would involve query handling through calls and E mail follow ups, Adhere to client SLA’s and timelines, must go through process guide lines and follow the same day to day operation.
