Your Role and Responsibilities

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on automation experience and requires strong experience in creating and implementing test automation strategy.Design, create and maintain Automated
• Frameworks for front and back-end systems/applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Test Automation Frameworks.
• Lead and implement end to end Test Automation and define tool roadmaps.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically test design, execution and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the product portfolio.
• Perform web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, load, performance and end to end testing within an Agile delivery model.
• Collaboratively work with Tech Leads, Developers and Business Analysts.
• Should have experience in developing, coding and executing test case and test script frameworks using one of the automated tools such as Selenium, Rational Functional Tester, Quick Test Pro (QTP)/ Unified Functional Tester (UFT) from scratch.
• Must have knowledge on end-to-end testing. Should also be comfortable with API Test Automation and DevOps tools required in CICD. Strong experience in managing complex enterprise level projects, establishing test Center of Excellence, driving Test transformation processes, and other test program management areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development and maintenance.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in various Test Automation Tools (Selenium, RFT, UFT, etc).
• 3+years of Experience in core JAVA/C#, Selenium/RFT/UFT, JUnit/TestNG.
• 3+ years of experience in design and develop Test automation framework
• 4+ years of experience in standard SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience working within an Agile and DevOps delivery team.
• Strong programming/scripting experience and a passion for test.
• Demonstrated experience in Windows, Linux & MacOS – Understanding of the command line interface and in-depth knowledge of the underlying system, system logging.
• Experience in SQL, framework and/or Test Data Management.
• Experience Perform automated test tool evaluations & assessments.
• Experience working in Continuous Testing and DevOps pipeline with Jenkins, Maven/Ant, GIT
• Experience with API Test Automation using at least one of the following SOAP UI/REST Assured/Postman.
• Good debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience in any scripting language like Python/Groovy/JavaScript.
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge and work experience with AWS, and/or Azure cloud solutions.
• Experience managing the complex projects, work on Proof of concepts for requirements, managing test programs and transformations.
• Must be self-directed, resilient and creative.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good to have strong knowledge on Java programming language.
• String experience on unit testing frameworks like Junit/TestNG.
• Sound in Selenium based web automation experience.
• Experience Rest API testing using Jersey or Rest Assured.
• Complete understanding of manual testing aspects.
