Your Role and Responsibilities

The POP/ PSIS team is the support organization for the whole of procurement. They are the entry point to procurement from learning to place orders to understand the payment status etc., Both IBM users and suppliers use these teams. In addition, the PSIS team is a L2 support team where they work with suppliers on resolving invoicing issues. Delays and understaffing in this team results with late payments to suppliers and penalties in Accounts Payable’s domain. Japanese language required
