Spartan Technology Services and Solutions Private Limited is an integral part of IBM Business Process Operations and is providing end to end services covering policy renewal, query resolution using TPA services to its clients in the Insurance industry while ensuring best in class quality for their clients and communities. The group has dedicated compliance experts focused on ensuring data security across all transaction and aspects of an organization.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances (Amount paid against invoice with actual details and value) from bank account.

Collect, review and log data totals into database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables’ timelines.

Prepare Adhoc reports including Root Cause Analysis

Responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of the policy information based on predefined quality review checkpoints and guidelines.

Perform business processing transactions on NBLockbox cases which include analysis of checks and requirements, Refund and Stop Payment transactions.

Perform business processing transactions for approving and pulling Auto-generated Refund Checks for previously held checks in SAP.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience Required- 2-6 years

Must be trained and has earned certification on the following processes – NBLockBox; IPM Transactions JP Morgan and Refund.

Must meet/exceed performance target within 12-18 months period.

Must have a “Above and Beyond” rating on last performance appraisal.

Minimum of 2 years tenure within the company and 1 year tenure within current job grade.

LOMA 280 (Principal of Insurance) passer (preferred).

Business Process Operations is part of IBM Consulting and is a key service area that cuts across service lines in Business Transformation Services including Customer Transformation, Finance & Supply Chain Transformation, Talent Transformation and Industry Transformation Units like Banking, Insurance & Healthcare.

This job requires you to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated prior to your start date and proof of vaccination status will be required before your start date.
