IBM Hiring for Project Coordinator at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC GRE Business Operations Leader, the Project Co-ordinator lead is responsible to manage a team & ensure Capex & Opex spend is contained within the budgets. Provide operational, subject & technical support, direction and decision making.

Who you are:
Assist and support CAPEX & OPEX (R&M) forecasting activities, including standard monthly management reporting and variance analysis and strategic planning initiatives. Responsible for effective Capital utilization and maintain tracker of the same. Track, maintain and communicate R&M and FM related expenses and align with the budget forecast and planning of the Finance team. Additional duties as assigned by Controller and other leaders of the Real Estate Management Services organization. Ensure financial operations compliance with departmental, institutional and general financial and project accounting guidelines and best practices. Support Finance controller in data analysis to ensure attainment of critical financial objectives. Evaluate with SO & WPS team facilitate the Capex requirement. Work with Finance team on the Budget availability. Coordinate with Various BU, on the Capex requirement and Budget. Work with WW on the Capex plan and prepare inputs accordingly. Responsible for inputs to the CRB, and follow up on the Capex approvals. deferrals & rejections. Supporting the delivery of services and infrastructure, systems and facilities required to provide modern, fit-for-purpose. Review of capital projects in line with above and as per available Budget. Prioritizing competing demands in respect of allocating and coordinating BU and internal requirement and demands. Monitoring of Budget. Plan expense vis-a-vis commit strategy for overall Geo. Perform growth and erosion analysis, financial performance, gaps, and key initiatives. Develop and manage capital plan. Facilitate development of all business cases, including leases. Project Accounting. Lead capital and expense planning on behalf of the geo in coordination with geo leadership team and finance.

Experience Finance & Accounts, greater degree of .xls & presentation skills. Apetiter for adopting new tools & applications

Indepeth Understanding in F&A, Analytical Skills, hands on experience in MS Office applications like .xls, word & Presentations.
