Your Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in conversion and migration strategy for various modules.

• Manage the various teams in different technologies ranging from data migration, interface development, online Workbench to Oracle EBS/Apps R12 and Testing team.

• Architectural decision to have minimum risk to minimize the risk on the delivery, scope.

• Custom Development of RICE Components in R12, R12 Performance Improvement

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall industry experience of 12+ years

• Senior Project Manager with experience in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud engagements

• Experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the HCM Cloud space.

• Strong Client facing Skills – experience in leading Client Workshops in an Implementation engagement

• Experience in Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.

• Experience in managing customer expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep. Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed and impacted against timeline.

• Experience in Controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally within the Project Team and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessaryin order to keep the project on track. Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced in Agile concepts of Project Delivery.

• Travel to client sites as required, potentially full time onsite

• Assisting in pre-sales opportunities as and when required.

• Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology to track issues & bugs for greater value addition & customer delight

• Experience in Budgeting, cost estimation, requirement gathering, oracle implementation
