Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience through operational excellence on activities to hire and onboard talent for IBM. TAC must be an organizational expert with attention to detail, work effectively with a broad range of internal and external professionals, including candidates, possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. TAC must have the ability to meet ever changing recruiting procedural demands while ensuring that all business control standards are met through process compliance. You should be able assist the HR Transition Managers in the onboarding of hires being Outsourced to IBM or those acquired by IBM.
Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
The Talent Acquisition co-ordinator provides a wide range of administrative services in support for Recruitment Strategy, Adheres to IBM guidelines and procedures in terms of HR policies and plays an integral role in onboarding candidates successfully. Being part of this group will enhance the customer centricity approach thus adding value to the business.
Manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system
Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers on status & necessary activities
Coordinate all interview activities
Prepare offer letters
Manage the pre-offer and pre-employment checks
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Ensure candidate status updates happen in a timely manner
Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager experience
Construct and analyze detailed reporting from applicant tracking system to monitor requisition, interview, offer and onboarding statuses
Ensure audit compliance
Meet/exceed key performance metrics to include stakeholder experiences, response times and quality.
The person will work with US Talent Acquisition team comprising of Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates & Operation leads.
Should be able to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanour”
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 2-5 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
Should have written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals
Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
Demonstrated time management skills, teaming skills and teamwork orientation
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict
Resourceful and able to work independently
Prove communication and interpersonal skills”
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to manage workload to meet requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in TAC
Proficient in Microsoft office such as excel and Powerpoint”
