Overview:
If you’d like to be a key member of the Privacy and Regulatory Compliance teams at iCIMS, let’s talk! We’re looking for a Privacy & Compliance Legal Administrator to provide support to the members of the Privacy and Regulatory Compliance teams on administrative and operational matters. In this role, you’ll work with other members of the Privacy and Regulatory Compliance teams to mature the programs, execute on strategy, and collaborate with local and international business partners to facilitate and support data protection and privacy compliance, corporate regulatory compliance, and ethics.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the intake, tracking, and escalation of data subject access requests
Monitor and assist with the intake of privacy and compliance requests and questions
Assist with intake, tracking, and escalation of procurement vendor reviews
Monitor and maintain internal inventory of privacy and regulatory compliance laws and regulations
Draft and maintain internal and external privacy and regulatory compliance documentation
Assist with managing website cookie consent tool and gathering information about website cookies
Maintain recurring privacy and compliance assessments
Administer enforcement process for supplier code of conduct
Support the administration and management of corporate policy reviews
Assist with planning annual Privacy and Compliance Week activities
Administer the execution of privacy and regulatory compliance communications and awareness campaigns
Assist with management of team projects and tasks
Assist with recognition and tracking of team accomplishments and wins
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree plus minimum of 1 year related work experience OR minimum of 4 years work experience in legal, privacy, or compliance administration
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, multiple geographies, internal subject matter experts, legal staff, vendors, and clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities
Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative member of the team
Preferred:
1+ years of experience with OneTrust preferred.
Software or technology experience preferred
Strong understanding of privacy and compliance processes, workflows and systems preferred.
