Background/Experience:

• Fresher to 1 yr of experience in Business/Administrative Operations
• Location – Andheri(W), Mumbai
• Sat-Sun fixed off
• WFO mode
• CTC – Stipend(8K) for 3 months of probation post that up to 3LPA depending upon performance

Responsibilities:

• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and operations.
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
• Overseeing money transactions, invoicing and accounting.
• Monitor and manage expenses incurred by various departments like HR, Sales, Technology, accounts etc. within the established budget including reviewing and payment of bills and invoices.
• Invoice Generation for clients in coordination with Sales Team
• Management of general office operational tasks and expenses.
• Monitor and assist with customer retention.

Salary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
