You’ll need experience in:

• Expertise in BI, Data Warehouse, SQL, advance excel, Tableau & Salesforce reporting (1-3 years of experience)

• Good to have customer on-boarding and KYC/AML processes

• Expertise in MS Office

• Attention to detail; Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and confidentiality standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization both in writing and orally

• Challenging mindset, uses training and experience to identify the need for change/improvement and you should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment

• University degree
