IHCL Hiring for VBRR – Accounts Executive at Bangalore Full Time

Job Responsibilities

Internal Process

• Responsible for adherence of Accounting policies, Direct/ Indirect Tax provisions, Statutory/ License compliances, Tax reconciliation.

• Ensure all invoices are passed as per defined process and in line with agreement/ PO terms.

• Reconcile and file tax returns in a timely manner under GST, Income-tax etc.

• Handles inter unit transactions & settle the inter unit dues on monthly basis

• Track various statutory compliances and timely payments of PF,PT,ESI, GST,TDS & other statutory payments.

• Processing of Fixed assets Invoices and maintenance of FA register.

• Review of Creditors and Advance to suppliers ageing report and resolve overdue balances.

• Prepare monthly reports, schedules being part of the monthly MIS pack and financials.

Audit & Statutory Compliance

• Tracking and alert for timely renewal of various licences with respective Government Dept.

• Adhere to the tax alerts circulated by Coporate Finance team

• Maintenance of books, records, registers, documents for internal / external audit

• Prepare all tax reco’s along with detailed workings for monthly payments and various returns.

People

• Providing regular training to sub-ordinates & ensuring they have high morale in performance of duties.

• Maintains a culture of recognition by actively participating in the STARS (Special Thanks and Recognition System) program

Safety

• Assists the department in identifying risks and develop HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).

• Adheres to roles and responsibilities pertaining to safety as defined by the hotel from time to time as per the PCM (Progressive Consequence Management) SOP and IMBC (Incident Management and Business Continuity)

• Co-ordinate with internal and statutory auditors by documenting all business, sharing records and participating in assessment
