Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 26000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.
Your day to day
Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known – Supervise front office operations during assigned shift -Supervise cashiering activities during shift -Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to anticipate their needs -Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed. What we need from you
Bachelor degree /diploma in hospitality/hotel management is mandatory. Must speak fluent English. At least one year supervisory experience/GSA experience will be beneficial.
