Position: Deputy Director (Academics) to Chairperson

Job Description:
IILM is looking for a young professional, under the age of 40, to join the Chairperson’s office as Deputy Director (Academics).
The ideal candidate should have worked at a senior level in a University/Higher education institute. The candidate should have a sound knowledge of academic systems and processes in a University/Institute including recruitment.
Requirements:
Minimum post graduate, preferably a PhD. The undergraduate degree to be in science or engineering, preferably in the top 10 percent of the class. Minimum 10 years of experience in a University/Institute.
The ideal incumbent should be well-read and interested in staying current. He/she should be active on LinkedIn and Instagram and be comfortable with use of ERP and learning management systems.
