Sampling of Packaging materials from warehouse. Supporting MRP site for Inspection, Sampling and testing of Packaging materials/ Consumables. Responsible for testing of Packing materials. Preparation of standard solutions, Reagents and Buffers used for Raw materials/Packing material testing. Responsible for review and maintenance of artworks & shade cards. Storage and maintenance of reference samples for Packing materials and discard after their shelf life. Responsible for daily activities like Temperature and humidity monitoring, ensuring the lab cleaning and verification of logbooks. To confirm the sample and post the results in “ATHENA(SAP)”. Qualification of new packing materials. Responsible for management of QMS documents. Responsible for adhering to GLP, GDP and cGMP practices. Reporting OOS to immediate supervisor. Reporting to RM/PM Section in-Charge. Any other activity assigned by RM/PM Section in-Charge shall be carried out. Water Chemical Analysis.
HSE Responsibilities :
To ensure adherence to safety procedures, SOP’s & PPE by operations. Ensure the training completion as per the Training matrix.
