Job roles and responsibilities-

• Processing payroll for Consultants and Internal Employees, including review of timesheets, Form 12BB and the supporting documents.

• Helping the recruitment team with the salary breakdown details, Net take home salary and approximate TDS in different cases as and when required

• Collecting all the required information and necessary documentation from the recruitment team and sending the Offer Letter to the shortlisted candidates.

• Adding the new joinees (Singapore and India) to the insurance policy.

• Preparing and sending relieving documents to the resigned/terminated employees.

• Coordinating and following up with the bank personnel for various tasks related to the Bank account.

• Effective communicator at all levels of the organization and externally with customers or third parties

• Ability to deal with senior leadership within Finance and business

• .Proactive in approach and strong desire to learn new things.

• Comfortable with numbers and analysis of the results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
