Responsibilities :
Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation, and logistics.
Prepare and schedule meetings, sending invitations, creating agendas, and providing necessary materials.
Handle CEO’s correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails, answering calls, and managing mail.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records for easy accessibility.
Treat confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Offer support to other executives and team members as required.
Qualifications :
Fresher / 1 year of executive assistant experience, supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
High level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
