The Digital Marketing team is focused on improving customer experience and driving growth through strategic digital priorities for Labcorp’s full portfolio of products and services.
Labcorp is seeking a Director, Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Channels, Platform, Strategy, Marketing Operations and Customer Experience. The role provides an opportunity for a strategic, business and tech-savvy executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The key position will lead a Marketing team of Digital Platform, Marketing Tech & Automation, SEO, Campaign Execution, Development and Testing to drive Labcorp’s Digital Roadmap.

The individual will bring a thoughtful perspective to a diverse set of topics and issues, has a “big-picture” perspective and is able to connect the Company’s strategy to both current and future digital channels.
This position will be responsible for building a digital team and enabling capabilities for Labcorp, including digital customer experience, website, SEO, Campaign execution, Marketing tech stack & automation, platform, Operations and other strategic areas of focus with measurable results.
The right individual is comfortable with making decisions when there is ambiguity. S/he is highly collaborative and is able to lead through influence by involving a diverse array of internal stakeholders, business leaders, and a global matrix organization.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Transforming our Digital engagement and personalizing customer experience to fuel our growth.
Expand our customer reach, tell our story digitally, increase personalized customer experience, and accelerate time to market
Align Labcorp towards a set of digital standards to provide a seamless digital experience
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital channels including website, content, SEO, email and other digital experiences to execute on go-to-market strategies
Lead the strategy, management and operation of purpose-built marketing technology platforms and automation solutions to drive a highly efficient and coordinated digital operations that enable the organization
Integrate qualitative and quantitative digital analytics capabilities to support strategic decision-making and ensure ROI on these our digital efforts
Qualifications Required:
The Director is a dynamic leader who is well-versed in leading digital teams and capabilities to advance business strategy, performance, business growth and employee engagement.
12-15 years prior work experience in marketing with 5+ years leading a team of direct reports
The right candidate will bring deep experience with marketing technology, SEO, Campaigns, website and digital tools to lead the function
Experience supporting the development and execution of Digital ecoystem
Deep understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape and best practices is a must
Prior experience of web analytics implementation and digital reporting is a must
Working knowledge of tools like Eloqua, Adobe, SFDC, Google Analytics, Qualtrics
Prior leadership experience in a matrix organization and engagements with global stakeholders desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Science, or Business, Master’s degree a strong plus
Specific expertise in marketing life science services desirable
