IKORM Hiring for Senior Salesforce Account Executive (REMOTE) at Pune Full Time

IKORM is hiring a Senior Salesforce Account Executive to join our expanding small and medium sized business sales team. We deliver consultative and impactful work for our customers. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be an important Account Executive in creating value for our business clients.

You will have achieved success in selling implementation projects or software on the Salesforce platform, the market leading CRM. You will be comfortable working with senior managers and executives to uncover their needs, lead discussion workshops, develop solutions, create and present proposals. The Account Executive will partner with IKORM’s technical and customer success team members to deliver value to clients efficiently and effectively.

Our virtual team brings together talented and experienced professionals from all over world to work on digital transformation solutions to small and medium size organizations all over the world.

Responsibilities will include

• Generate new customer engagements and relationships.
• Create lead sources from partners, industry and business development efforts.
• Work with internal team members to develop accurate estimates for professional services.
• Develop, construct, and present proposals to senior managers and executives.
• Manage regional accounts and ensure customer success and satisfaction.

• Create additional opportunities with current customers based on existing services.
• Provide best practices, use case scenarios, and referenceable customers and projects.

The person we’re looking for is likely to have:

• 5 or more years of experience in selling software or professional services.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

A typical business day for our Senior Salesforce Account Executive:

• Prospecting for leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn messages and emails.
• Following up on outreach messages sent.
• Scheduling and attending discovery calls.
• Perform check-ins with existing customers for satisfaction and new opportunities.
• Preparing/submitting company profile to interested leads.
• Entering/Updating prospect and customer data and status on IKORM’s Salesforce CRM.
• Follow up with technical team on requested proposals.
• Coordinate handover of won business to technical team.

Compensation

• Rs.40,000.00 – Rs.70,000.00 per month (determined during hiring process based on qualifications).
