Key Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a passionate Junior Account officer to join our friendly team in Brisbane (working remotely out of New Delhi), with immediate start working 40 hours Monday to Friday. As part of our business objective to continuously improve, time will be provided to work on improving the productivity and performance of all key responsibilities listed below.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Receipting in Odyssey
• Matching & Student payment email.
• Warning Letter and other notifications (assistant AR in Australia to sorting)
• Communication between departments and externally.
• Cancellation and clear cancelled instalments.
• AR intake (our weekly intake) and communicate internally in regard to the student payment.
• Any other duties asked by AR supervisor in AUS

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or similar desirable
• 1 year of accounting experience preferred but not a must
• High level of attention to details
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Experience in MS Office and accounting s/w (ERP – Pronto experience preferred)
• Ability to liaise at all levels within the organization
• Good communication skills
