Overview

iMerit is looking for an Ivanti Product Suite Administrator to join a global team responsible for IT operations across 10 centers located in India, the US and Bhutan. The Ivanti Administrator will be responsible for enhancement for iMerit’s Ivanti-based Service and End Point Management Systems to meet iMerit’s Service Management goals.

Job Description

Functions as a technical expert for the Ivanti product suite,
Partners with stakeholders to design, develop and implement enterprise wide ITSM solutions,
Develops sound innovative solutions which enable process automation and optimization to create business value,
Identifies and implements enhancements to the Ivanti Service Manager, Neurons, Endpoint Manager, Cloud Services Appliance, and Patch Manager configurations needed to establish and streamline ITIL processes,
Develops custom dashboards, reports and analytics for iMerit managers,
Manages testing and release of a full range of possible configuration changes,
Maintains Ivanti staging, user acceptance testing and production environments,
Provides iMerit end users and technicians with training and guidance in the use of Ivanti Tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT Service Management experience including service desk management, asset management, configuration management, patch management and/or network management.
2+ years of experience administering Ivanti IT Service Management and/or End Point Management products (e.g., Service Manager including management of assets, incidents, service requests, problems, changes, releases, and projects, Ivanti Neurons, Ivanti Cloud Services Appliance, Ivanti End Point Manager, and Ivanti Patch Manager).
Ivanti Service Manager and/or End Point Manager Administrator Certification required,
ITIL Certification desirable,
Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement moderate to complex ITSM enterprise solutions,
Prior Service Manager and/or End Point Manager automation experience,
Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks,
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles,
Knowledge of Active Directory Services and Google suite products,
In-depth knowledge of Ivanti dashboard, reporting and analytics tools,
Strong understanding of SQL database structure to aid in reporting and design,
Scripting knowledge, such as PowerShell and Bash, is a plus
