Limited. Bolstered by a new organization structured around our core markets, mining resources, high-quality industrial assets, unrivaled technological and industrial processes, innovative solutions, and leading positions in most of our markets, we have many strengths to guarantee sustained value creation for our key stakeholders.Imerys is a 4.4 Bn Euro French Multinational Organization with more than 16,300 people and over 15000 Customers with Sales in 142 Countries.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and oversee all office activities like gate moments, attendance system, supplies for canteen, etc.Custodian for all legal documents pertaining to Imerys Ceramics India and takes care of all liasioning activities as and when needed.One-point contact for all travel-related administrative services and visitor management ( including travel, boarding, lodging, food arrangement, etc) at the plant level.Helping the team to organize training, programs, and events.Responsible for time-office management for both on-roll and contractual employees. Maintains all the compliance related to attendance and manpower, ensuring timely payroll attendance preparation and submission.Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and providing office and plant supply requisitions, and working on clerical functions.Responsible for office contracts related to administrative services like travel, hotels, cars, rentals, asset insurance renewals, etc., adapting a leaner approach.Keeping Health, safety, and the Environment on top priority by coordinating with the EHS team to develop the Safety culture and 5S fostering a safe and healthy office and plant environment.Responsible for handling the housekeeping team at maintaining the highest standards of personal and workplace hygiene.Responsible for handling the security team at the plant by facilitating them with all the needs necessary to execute their tasks with utmost accuracy and proficiency.Keeping all the historical references by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.Maintains optimum manpower by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for plant requirements.Collaborates with local NGOs and community and identifies and drive the Corporate Social Programs of Imerys Ceramics IndiaCoordinate and participates in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.Offers administrative support to HR enabling an approachable, engaged workplace across ICI (Ex: onboarding, employee engagement activities, welfare, etc.)Undertakes such other duties as may be required to support the business including maintaining business continuity at all times.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in any disciplineMinimum 4 yrs experience.Proficient in GSuit, MS-Office, capable to learn ERP ( SAP, Sage, etc)Knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics:Team player & Flexible.Good written and verbal communication skills.Logical with Problem-solving abilityWork closely with management and employees.Works with integrity.Strong leadership behaviors:Lead self: Is aware, develops self & is a role model (seeks feedback, takes steps to set the right leadership example, improves personnel performance).Leads others:Understands the team.
