Job Description

Asset Management Ops is part of the Asset and Wealth Management line of business within JP Morgan. This position is for an Associate role in the AM Ops Strategy & Transformation team. The team is responsible for the delivering projects and metrics that are underpinned by analytics insights to business problems as well as supporting various ad-hoc / business initiatives facilitating Global/Regional business strategy. This Role:

As part of the AM Ops India, this role will be responsible for delivering projects and metrics that are underpinned by analytics insights to business problems. This entails driving the adoption of data driven performance management culture and best practice in AM Ops. Responsibilities:

• Metrics Delivery – KPI tracking across Intelligent Automation deliveries and OKRs; metrics and reporting for senior management; reporting benefits – project cost and value delivered; department wise inventory and cost tracking; license and infrastructure cost tracking

• Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems utilizing the firm’s elected analytics and visualization platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau. Large part of analytics entails mining automation opportunities across data sets such as – Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, JIRA opportunities logged and discussions with Managers

• Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group

• Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, testing outcomes, etc.)

Education:

Graduate or post graduate in any discipline

Preferred candidate with certification

Experience and Technical Skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in conducting advanced data analyses, working with large data sets and crunching numbers

• Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas

• Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments (e.g. Xceptor, UIPath, etc.)

• Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills- we will require you to demonstrate proven experience

• In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade aforementioned skills
