Incept Data Solutions, Inc Hiring for Junior Accountant -(Fully Remote) at New Delhi Full Time

What you will be doing:

• Administration of general bookkeeping and monthly payables processes.
• Manage the workflow of accounts payable from receipt to distribution.
• Perform vendor management and compliance.
• Validate the expenditure against hours reporting and contract.
• Assist with pulling and compiling various reports and financial data.
• Work with staff and partners to collect and classify credit card expenses.
• Ensure expense recognition and job costing in appropriate period.
• Work with corporate team on other accounting related projects and administrative duties.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Education and experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuant) in business, accounting, finance or other relevant discipline
• 1 year of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
• A desire to learn and grow in the field of accounting and finance
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Account receivable or Account receivable
• Experience performing and participating in billing, collections, accounts receivable analysis and reconciliation; researching accounting issues; and analyzing large volumes of accounting data
• Knowledge of Excel
• English language fluency (both spoken and written)
• Solid analytical and communication skills
