Indian Observer Hiring for Social Media Manager at New Delhi Full Time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing daily Instagram posts, as well as managing our brand’s presence on social media platforms. The Social Media Manager should be proficient in Photoshop and Canva, and have experience with both organic and paid social media marketing. The ability to run Instagram ads is a must. Fluency in both Hindi and English is also required. In addition to these responsibilities, the Social Media Manager will work with journalists to source daily news and design posts based on their input.

Responsibilities:

• Design daily Instagram posts that align with our brand guidelines and aesthetic, using input from journalists
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our following
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including creating and managing Instagram ads
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Work with journalists to source daily news and incorporate it into social media content

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
• Experience with organic and paid social media marketing, including running Instagram ads
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with community management
• A strong understanding of the brand and its target audience
• A portfolio of past social media content is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
