- Ensure timely books closure and review of Financials as per applicable IND AS and Companies Act.
- Monthly review of GL accounts
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and variance analysis with excellent MS excel skills.
- Coordinate with Internal and outsourced partner for day-to-day accounting.
- Ensure timely Invoice generation and sharing with customer as per defined TAT
- Ensure all statutory compliance along with closure of Statutory Audit, Internal audit and IFC audits.
- Ensure direct and indirect taxation compliance
- Ensure compliance for related party transactions
- Investment planning for unutilized funds and working capital management
- Employee advances review and follow up for closure
- Physical verification, reconciliation & closure of gaps identified in FAR as per Company policy
- Monitor & manage end to end payment process for both domestic & foreign vendors
- Ensure compliance of IFC’s for payment process and SOPs
- Co-ordination with banks for payment processing and documentation
- Vendor and customer reconciliations
- SAP and Tally ERP 9 experience.
Qualification- Graduation is Mandatory
