Job Description :
- Coordinating with the various base stations (West) to ensure the timely submission of the AEP documents
- Generating reports on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and sharing it with all the stakeholders
- Ensuring that Pilots submit all required documents for AEP on time.
- Tracking late submission of documents by Pilots pan India
- Liaising with Training department regarding CPL/ ATPL/ FATA compliance for the issue of AEP
- Maintaining records of PV, AEP validity and transfer cases
- Any other job assigned by Assistant Manager – Pilot Administration &/ or Senior Manager – Pilot Administration
Job Specification :
- Education: Graduate from a recognized university
- Experience: 1-3 years’ post qualification experience
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the AEP process
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
