Job Description :

  • Coordinating with the various base stations (West) to ensure the timely submission of the AEP documents
  • Generating reports on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and sharing it with all the stakeholders
  • Ensuring that Pilots submit all required documents for AEP on time.
  • Tracking late submission of documents by Pilots pan India
  • Liaising with Training department regarding CPL/ ATPL/ FATA compliance for the issue of AEP
  • Maintaining records of PV, AEP validity and transfer cases
  • Any other job assigned by Assistant Manager – Pilot Administration &/ or Senior Manager – Pilot Administration

Job Specification :

  • Education: Graduate from a recognized university
  • Experience: 1-3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of the AEP process
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
