Assistant Manager – Learning Support

Job Description

• Preparation of training schedule in coordination with all the relevant verticals
• Create new training programs in LMS and help teammates in creating new training masters
• Preparation and maintenance of Instructor rosters as per the training and project requirement
• Maintain training data and able to do various analysis on the same
• Maintain various training related KPI like training days, Passing %, No show %, etc.
• Sending training invites
• Send out periodic dashboards and reports to different verticals.
• Generate Ad-hoc reports on need basis
• Assist Airports, bases and different department in Audits
• SPOC for LMS related issues with LMS vendors
• SPOC for different training vendors
• Maintenance of training documents (Physical and Digital)

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in documentation management services
• Been in-charge of critical documentation cells (eg. law offices or government compliance

cells)

• Ability to work with technology – LMS, DMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizing skills
• Ability to communicate technical information
• Ability to visualize potential threats and escalate without hesitation
• Creative thinker with the ability to rapidly understand the objectives and present solutions
