Require a Smart and experienced female candidate with excellent communication skills preferably with knowledge of Shorthand for a real estate company having its office in Jayanagar.Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: · Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.· Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.· Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.· Greet and assist visitors.· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.Administrative Assistant Requirements: · Associate’s Degree in a related field.· Prior administrative experience.· Excellent computer skills, especially typing.· Attention to detail.· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.Application Deadline: 25/9/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
