JD – CEO for a growing System Integrator company
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Business/(CEO) for one of our client idigisys to provide strategic leadership and drive the company’s continued growth and success. The Head of Business/CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, expanding its market presence, and fostering innovation in the field of Telecom/IT.

Idigisys is a Delhi based growing System Integration company which provide ICT solutions, Consultancy, Staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Techno-Commercial Visionary
2. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan with healthy profitable and 5x growth in next 2-3 years.
3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company’s reach and market share. Assume top-line and bottom-line accountability, orchestrating a techno-commercial approach for optimizing financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth. Implement innovative P&L management strategies, merging fiscal responsibility with strategic technology initiatives.
4. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, optimizing processes, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and profitability. Provide effective oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring technological advancements align with strategic and financial objectives. Present regular techno-commercial reports on the status of company operations to the board of directors and company staff.
5. Financial Management: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring responsible fiscal management. Oversee the organization’s financial structure, ensuring sound funding for technological missions and commercial goals. Innovatively review financial results, implementing corrective measures for enhanced performance.
6. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse and talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the board of directors and executive team to set short-term objectives and long-range goals, employing a techno-commercial lens for strategic planning.
7. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, positioning idigisys as a thought leader in the ICT field.
8. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, research, and development to drive the creation of cutting-edge ICT solutions and services.
9. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to the highest ethical standards within the organization. Develop comprehensive plans and policies to drive innovation and market leadership in the technology sector. Ensure the company’s compliance with techno-commercial laws, rules, regulations, and industry standards. Uphold governance principles with a techno-commercial perspective, fostering a culture of ethics and transparency.
10. Negotiations and Partnerships: Lead negotiations with a techno-commercial edge, Identify and exploit opportunities for collaborative ventures in the technology ecosystem.
11. Representation and Communication: Serve as the company’s ambassador to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, government agencies, and the public. Communicate the organizations vision, achievements, and strategic initiatives with precision.
12. Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the technology industry. Represent Ojas at international and domestic forums, ensuring a technological and commercial edge.
Qualifications And Skills
1. Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the Telecom/IT industry.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
3. In-depth knowledge of technology trends, ICT Services and digital solutions.
4. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
5. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
7. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ MBA
