SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Risk and Compliance Manager
SHIFT: Morning Shift (AEST- Sydney Time Zone)
EXPERIENCE: 2+ Yrs
CTC: 3 – 4.2 LPA
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document Management: ensuring that all documents are up to date, accurate, and filed in a timely manner.
Legal Research: conduct legal research to support the organization’s legal team in their decision-making process. Gather information on laws, regulations, and cases, and prepare summaries or reports for the legal team.
Communication: draft emails, letters, and other communication on behalf of the legal team.
Administrative Support: administrative support to the legal team, such pre-fill agreements that are already templates, such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and ABPs, with basic information and ensure accuracy and completeness of information, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Legal, business administration, communication, or another related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a legal admin or similar role may be preferred.
Candidates with experience in document management, legal research, or administrative support may be given preference.
Skills:
Computer Skills: proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office and legal research.
Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to Detail: strong attention to detail to ensure that all legal documents and communications are accurate and error-free.
Organizational Skills: strong organizational skills to manage legal documents and handle administrative tasks.
