The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our diverse range of automotive products, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with a variety of clients. This position demands strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for the automotive sector.

•Responsibilities: •

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about our automotive products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Follow-up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

•Requirements: •

• Graduate/ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales.
• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure during customer conversations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems for effective lead management.
• Must be a self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
