Influx. Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative (English/Hindi/Bengali) at Remote Full Time

We’re continuously looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people in India to join our team. You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions through live chat and email. You will need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process incoming customer contacts through text and email using English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Strives for the one-contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for follow-up
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers
• Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
• Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Spoken and written communication.
• Personal integrity and conscientiousness
• Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
• Tech-savvy and using social media regularly
• Team player and continuous learner
• Good knowledge of G-suites and basic troubleshooting skills
• Have your own laptop with a stable internet connection with a minimum specification of 8 GB RAM, SSD is preferable
• Flexible working hours (Including weekends and public holidays)
