We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical and functional knowledge around implementing mobile work force management products for Electric, Gas and Water Utilities. Candidate need to have multiple product implementation skills either for one of (not limited to) Salesforce Field Service lightening, Click Software On Premise (V8), Click Software SaaS suite of Products (FSE), Oracle MWM or OFSC. The Candidate will need to have experience in implementing end-to-end schedule and execution solutions Primary Skills must Include: • Configure the scheduling and mobile apps using the Lightening Platform for Utilities and telecoms • Technological proficiency in Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Strong development experience with Salesforce Apex in writing Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Inbound Email Services, Schedule, REST Web Services, Force.com API, Visualforce pages and components, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery. • Development experience with Visualforce, SOSL, SOQL, WSDL, Web Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex, Scheduler, Batch Apex, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, Partner WSDL & Enterprise WSDL, Visualforce (Page, Component & Controllers) web Services API and custom user interfaces using HTML. • Basic Idea on FSL APIs to integrate with various work management systems, asset management systems • Knowledge on building mobile apps on lightening platform • Idea on business processes on work scheduling and execution • Should be able to run the functional workshops with business and client SMEs • Should be able to do the demos during the functional workshops using the required product • Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements • Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and design the mappings.
