For more details visit our website www.infoversetech.com.Designation: HR / Admin Executive : Job brief:We are looking for HR & Admin Specialist to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiarly with HR functions for the smooth running of HR depth.ResponsibilitiesImplement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.Calling and following up with candidates of various profiles for recruitment.Coordinate recruitment and selection process.Manage employees’ grievances.Review the current HR stream and recommend more effective ways.Recruitment of staff as required.Monitor the maintenance of all HR Master Database.Employee onboarding and exit formalities.Administration of pay and benefitsHandling general administration.Execution of various contracts as required.Oversee daily operations of the HR & admin department.Nurture a positive working environment.Visit the client as and when required.Other responsibilities, given by superior time to timeRequirements and skillsProved work record of similar streamFamiliarity with Human Resources Management SystemsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to foster and promote a positive work environment.Familiar with full recruitment cycle.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.People-oriented and result driven.An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytically and multitasking skillsGood Communication skillEducation and ExperienceTechnical Graduate / MBA in HR (Regular Program, no part-time or long-distance courses).Minimum 01 YearsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Are you able to join immediately?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)HR sourcing: 3 years (Required)Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 20/10/2022Expected Start Date: 05/10/2022
